It’s easier than you think to gather the information to apply;

Whether you apply online or contact us directly by phone or
e-mail, there are several documents you will need to locate and
organize to best expedite the approval process on Full Documentation Loans.

PURCHASE:

• W-2's for last two years, or 1099's if Self Employed 
• Most recent pay stubs covering 30-day period  
• Copy of purchase contract (purchases only)
• 2 months statements of either Savings, Checking, Brokerage, IRA, or 401K accounts
• Landlord ’s name and address for last 2 years, If applicable
• Copy of divorce decree, If applicable, 

For "No Income Verification"  also called "Stated Income"  Loans; 

W2's, 1099's, or pay stubs are "NOT REQUIRED"

REFINANCE: 

• Same as above ( exclude purchase contract ) 
• Copy of recent mortgage statement or payment coupon 
• Copy of homeowner's hazard insurance declaration page
