Fixed Rate Loans

There are fixed rate mortgage loans for 7 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20, 30 and 40 years. The 7 & 10 year are 30 yr amortization payments with ballon payment due in 7 and 10 years respectively. The 7 & 10 Yr baloons are not offered on all programs. In fact, they are becoming more uncommon nowadays.
